Grown in the Highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, this organic coffee is grown and harvested by the women farmers of Cesmach. 146 members strong, the Cesmach co-op has provided leadership opportunities for women as well as job training and community development.
Chiapas Highlands Organic is a wonderful full roasted coffee with a sweet and spicy profile. Featuring notes of Cinnamon and Clove. We enjoy it served in a Chemex pour-over or steeped in a French Press.
